Spicy TexMex Salsa

I found out tonight that my Asian room mates really really REALLY like my TexMex salsa. Their ferocious side came out as they fought over my small container containing the too-spicy-for-me salsa from two days before. I'm too scared to go back in my apartment to look to see who and what survived, but I'm happy to know that someone enjoyed it. Oh, what an understatement that was.

Holly's TexMex Salsa

1 Serrano Pepper
1 Tomato
Canned diced Jalepeños
Canned diced tomatoes
Julio's Seasoning
Garlic Powder
Fresh Cilantro
Powdered Cuminos (cumin)

Directions:
Slice the tomato, dice the serrano, add a spoonful (or two) of the jalepeños and throw into a blender and blend on the lowest setting. Add a tiny bit of cilantro, then Julios, and garlic powder to taste. Throw in a dash of cuminos to really bring out the TexMex flare. When nothing's too chucky anymore, pour into the serving bowl of choice for the ocassion and mix in some of those chunky tomatoes from the can of diced tomatoes and WAHLAAAAH! Magnifico! Holly's TexMex salsa.

Mess around with the amount of stuff you put into it to get it how YOU like it. This seems to be what the resident Asians really enjoyed here. :)
